Eligibility

1. US STATIONS - All contacts are not more than 10 mile radius and must be within state in which operator is licensed.

2. DX STATIONS - All contacts not more than 25 mile radius of location as shown on operator/station license.

3. Contacts made thorough repeaters, or other power relay devices are not valid.

4. Entries must be made on supplied form, or photocopy.

5. Log must be verified and signed by two (2) other currently licensed operators or notarized.

6. Special endorsements must be requested at time of submission.

7. Certificate fee - U.S. Stations - $2.00 DX Stations - No Charge, Please note January, 2003 DX stations will require 2 IRCs.
